I love the clean, uncluttered, lightly carpet rooms; the neutral colors; the tasteful artwork; the big windows; the inexpensive parking; the friendly and helpful staff; the connection to the Bread Garden and proximity to the ped-mall. I love being in Iowa City.

I LOVED the tub, the room was gorgeous and the balcony would have been fantastic had it been a little warmer. The staff was courteous and helpful!

Location. Nice being close to Bread Garden and pedestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and garage.

Beautiful, clean & quiet. Perfect location for visiting your college kid. Walkable & kitchen. We slept so well. Which we never do at most hotels. It was quiet & the beds were so comfy.

Close to downtown and also inside was a great sushi place! Plenty to do and a beautiful view.
